(OMII-Europe Grid Computing , an EU Funded project )

OMII-Europe is short for the Open Middleware Infrastructure Institute for Europe. It is a project that is being funded by the European Union (Sixth Framework Programme) to produce high-quality, interoperable Grid components. This would mean, for example, that a user can submit the identical job to any basic job execution service regardless of the Grid middleware platform it is running on.

Worked with OMII-Europe at Center of Parallel Computing Kungliga Tekniska Hogskolan - KTH Sweden. Some of my tasks were:

• Developed OGSA-BES grid webserice based on Globus Toolkit to provide standardies execution service in order to interoperate between middlwares.
• Published the paper on "Black box approach of Grid benchmarking"
• Solution for the Security Interoperability solution focusing on major middlware- Unicore(DK), gLite(IT) and Globus (US)
• Benchmarking for the Unicore, gLIte and Unicore grid middlwares.
